BECKER steel furniture is made up of individual high-quality elements which are particularly corrosion-proof. The design, shape, production and coating of all parts are chosen to ensure a long service life in a demanding environment.
We supply our furniture in double-walled cabinet versions with attached fronts.
All corners of the front elements are carefully welded and ground smooth. The perimeters of doors, drawer fronts and removable fronts are fitted with rubber seals.
BECKER steel furniture is made of electroplated zinc-coated, chromated precision steel with fused powder coating, or of chrome-nickel steel, material no. 1.4301 (AISI 304).
Chromated precision steel with fused powder coating:
In addition to being highly flexible, powder coatings have hard surfaces and provide the quality required to withstand permanent “heavy duty” in clinical applications. These coatings are easy to maintain and easy to clean as well as being resistant to off-the-shelf disinfectants – and they bring a splash of colour into your hospital.
Chrome-nickel steel, Material No. 1.4301:
Chrome-nickel steel 1.4301 is one of the best and most durable materials used in the metalworking industry. This material is strong and hygienic.
